If you think, your Vauxhall has a serious defect that affects the safety of the vehicle, report it to the Vauxhall Dealer immediately. If you’re not happy with how the Vauxhall Dealer is dealing with your report, in the UK you should contact the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

But before that, you can describe the fault of your Vauxhall in our forum. Maybe some other Vauxhall owner will learn that he experienced the same issue. Multiple occurrences of identical defects mean a better chance of success in a complaint filed with the DVSA. Our website is visited by Vauxhall owners from all over the world.

Vauxhall Crossland X 18 months old. Grinding noise when steering wheel is on full lock going forward and in reverse.
Been in twice now to the dealer Lookers and they tell me this is normal/not uncommon and is due to temperature, weather conditions and amount of tread on tyres.
    I’m not convinced!!!
I’m very interested to hear if anyone else has experienced similar issues ?
